even doubt is precious… not negative. it reminds me of Dr Seuss's book called “Oh the Places You will Go!” i have bought this book for most of my adult friends… it is like a balm to the soul… especially the waiting room…. where we wait, 'for the phone to ring or a train to go…' it is our doubt, our procrastination…. a very important room in our lives… not one to be scorned… unless we live there… In this photo, I love the 1000 yard faraway stare…
Doubt shows you the thinker, the loyal skeptic– not easily conned. This points to the Simon the warrior, for only what survives doubt is worth anything.

In the Chan tradition, they say:
Great Doubt, great awakening
Little doubt, little awakening
No doubt, no awakening.
